Let's start off by saying that I don't beleive there is any type of backround check of tenants. I only lived there a year, and within that entire year, the first tenant was kicked out for being loud and disobedient for 7 yrs, and the second, well, they were loud, and disrespectful. After I came back from working at a professional job all day, I would come home to rap music coming out of the ceiling from the neighbor upstairs. Me and my roommate constantly complained, but the landlord, or shall I say slumlord came into my apartment while the music was rattling everything on walls and shelves, and she said there was no issue. Since she may be used to living in the projects, or ghetto, maybe she thought that was normal. After constant complaints to the landlord, as we were rightfully disturbed, my roommate and I, two very classy, professional, respectful citizens, we were forced to move out, because our landlord sided with the hoodrats that she is used to living around. Additionally, there were bugs all over, it was hot, there was no parking, and once again, may I repeat, the landlord was the worst thing ever. She also just took the management position to get free rent, and not do a darn thing. If you want to have no sleep, bugs in your apartment, and stress in your life, then move to Ghetto Manor.
