I hate the fact that my neighbors let their dog **** everywhere and never pick it up they like have 5 dogs in one apartment, people who live here are nasty. for a new building this place has really low class people. i love my apartment but the rent is high for the quality of the building. I have meet some other people who live here and they are so ****** rude and have no respect for others, like who are you to tell me i cant go in the pool. derek has been great in taking care of my issues and jazmin has been helpful in speaking to the owners about my complaints. I feel sorry for her and derek who have to deal with all the nasty rude people that live here. if i didnt love my apartment so much i would move out as fast as i could.

I honestly feel the people on here complaining are your average troubled tenants that just complain about any and everything, this is a new buildng and there are going to be ups and downs but for the most part it is wonderful, management is great and always helpful. i really have no complaints except tenants are dirty and need to learn manners

We have lived here since the 1st of November, and even though there have been some growing pains as has been mentioned, The Legado is a nice place to live. The entire staff from the Leasing Agents to the Manager to the Maintenance/Support team are friendly and helpful.

The layout of the Two Bedroom Units are roomy and and easy to use. The upkeep is easy, the in-unit washer/dryers are convenient and energy efficient, and even the ability to paint an Accent Wall allows for you to customize your unit.

If you are considering an apartment in Encino, consider the Legado. It's location is very convenient, there are many good restaurants within walking distance, and most of the residents are very friendly.

Can I just say that I love my apartment! Although the floorplans themselves are pretty run of the mill, I am still very happy with my new home. Everything you could ever want in an apartment, we have. Love the floors and granite counters. In relation to the competitors down the street, I think I got a combo of the 2. The pool is awesome, like our own private oasis that you would never know existed.

Ok, so I'm sure you are wondering about the management? True, its not the greatest. But what needs to be said is that it is not the fault of the manager or the office staff, they can only do so much. Its obvious they only repeat what they are told. The staff is very professional and as helpful as possible, everyone has always tried to make me feel comfortable and happy.

I would suggest Legado Encino to others, be patient, there are growing pains, as there would be in any other new building, but in the end I think everything will be ok.
