I lived here for six months and had an awful experience. The parking was awful, if not non exisitent. If you had a two car home, and you were the second one home, you either had to park way up the hill and then hike down it...then hike back up it (it is steep, not some little hill, the whole complex is on a hill, thats why the talk so much about the great views) to get back to your car. Or park on the street, which could mean a several block walk, yikes. For as much rent as we paid, you would think we could get a garage and an open space. The management team were always unresponsive and unhelpful, and maintenance requests were never answered, so when it came time to renew the lease we said, screw that and moved out. It looks pretty but its was more trouble than its worth, definitely.
