My boyfriends tail lights from his truck were stolen twice, onsite "security" is a JOKE, the Manager is a complete AIRHEAD, and to top it all off, we had a MAJOR roach problem. When we first noticed the roaches we called management right away. They said they would have someone out to spray but they never showed up. Once they finally came to spray (2 months later), the roaches were gone for about 3 weeks and then they re-appeared. Also, we scheduled a walk through prior to moving out, I took the day off of work, and the manager never showed up and never called to apologize. And make sure you review your lease with a fine tooth comb and ask questions if you don't understand the "law lingo" because they don't give a rats ass if you don't understand. Our lease expired on May 1. So we figured we had to be out by May 1 (to avoid extra charges). I submitted my 30 day notice on April 5th and told management in writing that we would vacate by May 1. They still charged us for rent for May 1-5 because I gave notice on the 5th and not the 1st. They took $175 from our deposit when we moved out because we "didn't read our paperwork clearly enough". Management has no sympathy and is not willing to work with you on anything.
