My family and I were staying at cross-creek for 1 year and six months! The longest hell ever. Management is rude and mean and fake. They have hung up in my face a couple of times because they didn't want to here what we had to say. Would not give me a number to call her boss to put in a complaint, lies and flirts with all the guys. When I first got this apartment she seemed really nice and my father was living there and he said it was a good place. When I told her who my father was she was telling me how cute she thought he was the whole time I was there when I let her know that my parents were getting back together she made a face and said well good for them if I was younger she may have said single I wouldn't mind dating him. I spoke to my dad and he said she was always flirting with him. Thats not right shes not there to get dates. It makes me wonder what else shes doing and where is her boss is at. My husbands car was broken into twice. The second time we were very angry and management didn't care at no compassion. But I bet if it were her car it would be a different story. Coyotes were at my front door and stopping me from getting to my car over the whole time I lived there. I talked to management and she said that she has notified the city already thats all she can do. I let her know that I have a little girl does someone have to get hurt for something to happen and then just walked away. There are way to many rules kids can't do anything maybe it should be an old folks home. I forgot to mention that when we first moved in there were roaches and they bombed the apartment but I still had problems with the roaches the whole time living there. We decided to move, so we found a great place where they care about there tenets. My family and I had just had enough I told my husband to call and let them know that were moving because we have to give them 30 days. He did and was told that we didn't have to because we were on month to month. I didn't believe him so I called and was told the same thing. So now we get a bill in the mail on 6*19*07 saying we have to pay for June because we did not give a 30-day notice in writing. We went back and forth arguing about this on three different phone calls and were hung up on twice. We asked for there boss contact info and they wouldn't give it to us. We have ten days to pay almost 700 bucks when we have to pay rent where we are now on the 1st thats crazy and if I don't there are going to report me to the credit burro. Any one who tries to move here I will let them know all the things that have happened to me and tell them not to move here. They need to get rid of management!
