The Cross Creek Apartment Complex was very spacious. My family fit right in. The neighbors were courteous and it was always very quiet, except for the constant blaring of the ambulance alarms (right next to elderly home). The management staff was the most incompetent staff I have come across in a long time! They were never there when they said they would be. In the few encounters I did have with them, they were very unprofessional, both in speech and action. After my family moved out, we were promised reimbursment of our deposit, if the apartment was left in good condition. The apartment was left in better condition than when we first moved in, and we were charged an additional fee, on top of not being reimbursed our deposit. You do not want to live here. It's a shame, such nice apartments but such awful management.
