I have lived there for two years and my car has been broken into three times. The police are always reponding to this complex. Also, the maintenance takes months to respond to requests, my rent has gone up twice, the cost of doing your laundry here has even gone up (and the few washers/dryers are often out of order). There is only one parking space per unit, so parking is nearly impossible if you have a roommate or working spouse. Be prepared to walk half a mile when you get home at night. If the ghetto is what you want, this is the place for you. I'm moving out.
