I've read the other review and have never heard gunfired, but this is a large complex. There are a lot of hooligans around though. Can be scary if you come home late at night and alone.
Well, moving on, i'll start with the nice things:
- Large Apartments
- Offers 2 bedroom apartment w/2 master bedrooms w/ 2 baths
- A/C and Central Heat
Now for the bad:
- Management sucks. I have had to complain to the district manager to get anything accomplished. My screen door however, still has NOT been fixed, and it's going on 6months!! VERY UNFRIENDLY!!
- Parking...this is supposed to be assigned parking, however I constantly find people in my space and management does nothing! I have had to call the tow truck myself since cars won't move!
- Landscaping ... What a joke! Dry trees, dry brush...where's the grass? Everything is dirty!
- OLD OLD Appliances. My dishwasher overflowed onto my kitchen and dirty water kept seeping from dishwasher. Took 5 days to replace.
- When I moved in, apartment was DIRTY! Carpet not washed, blinds were dirty and stained, window screens dented and dirty. CHEAP!
Only move here as a last recourse. I am getting ready to move out since I have had ENOUGH!!
