I've lived here so far for about 3 months, It's not a bad community. There are a lot of people who walk around and a lot of kids since it is near a high school. There really is no on-site management. It's kind of "family" owned which is not very bad. I've had nothing bad so far with my apartment. All utilities are paid except for electricity. All the kitchen "accessories" aren't so bad. I mean the dishwasher, oven and microwave aren't old, ugly and yellow. There is a bit of noise though and it is unfenced. You can walk around at night and no one will harm you, but on the other hand it feels sort of unsafe when it's ungated and you know people can walk off and on at anytime during the day.
Of course the bad stuff
One faulty problem which drives me insane is the shower. Due to the water heater you can never have the exact temperature you want. I will go from freezing cold, to warm, to hot enough to burn you. If you don't care about jumping in and out of the water for about 10 minutes then it's no big deal. Also, there is only 1 assigned parking spot to each apartment and the numbers are jumbled in the most ridiculous way. If you don't have a numbered spot you can park in the back, but those spots are limited to about 15 empty ones and if you can't get one YOU ARE SCREWED because there is no parking on the street, it is always taken.
All in all this place isn't so bad I would live here again if i had to.
