Review for Bella Lago At Fair Oaks Apartments

I have lived here for 4 years. my car has been broken into about 6-8 times and my friends car was stolen. The lakes are dirty and they stink! Laundry facilities are unkempt and dirty, as well as the rest of the complex. Rent is $750 for a one bedroom with no washer and dryer, and this complex is so old that my appliances (dishwasher, heater/ac, stove, etc.) are falling apart, and of course they wont replace them. You have to pay extra $ each month for utilities. (my bill is usually $50 a month and i live by myself!) this is in addition to Smud, which is also high b/c the heater is so old. All in all, do not move here! Find a nicer apt that includes a washer and dryer at least! Thats what i am planning to do....
