This apartment complex was in good condition most of the time i lived there until the long term manager moved out of state. Since that time, we have been unable to reach the owner when we had issues. Things after her departure have all gone down hill. I feel they are also descriminatory owners against all nationalities except whites. I moved a short time after the new manager moved in. The new manager never takes responsibility for anything and always blames any problems on the past mangaer.
