Renting here was grate up until Grace Kadoya bought the apartments and fired the manager. The new manager Holly is sweet to your face but watch out she will stab you in the back. Although she never did it to me, I have seen her and the owner cheat people out of countless money. Trying to get your deposit back? Good luck.
