It was an outstanding Complex until Grace Kadoya bought the apartments. The new manager Holly is a real piece of work. Took us months to get the carpet fixed that had pulled up from the floor. The security lights are burnt out and they say someone is watching the complex who i dont know i never seen anyone. Along with our vehicle getting messed with because the lights were not working properly on the complex. Before you decide to rent just look around there are some nice places in Fallbrook just not this one.
