We moved into Ashton Place in March, 2004 and were completely delighted to do so. At the time that we leased the apartment the management was fantastic, the apartments were gorgeous, and the community was warm. Things have changed.
Shortly after we moved in, new management took over, all the old management was fired, and ever since we have hated living here.
Pros: The floor plans are still lovely and the location is excellent.
Cons:
1)The gym equipment is hideous
2)The pool is constantly filled with kids and the pool curfew is never enforced.
3) Management is rude and unresponsive.
4) Appearance - when we moved in the community was beautiful. The new owner decided it needed an upgrade and is currently painting everything brick red and black despite tremendous outcry from the residents. They have undertaken this
