I have been renting for over seven years. All of my previous rentals' maintenence reqests combined don't add up to the number of requests I've made while living here. I have had to make more than one request for each maintenence item for most of my problems. The last handy man said it was just too big of a complex without enough staff. They are raising the rent and we can find a house with a garage cheaper than this place IN FOLSOM! They are unaccomidating in that respect. I heard that if you get an apartment in the new buildings (across the street) there aren't near as many maintenence problems but the 3 bedroom units don't get the air back to the master bedroom. 2 and 1 bedroom units in the new section are fine (This is from the mouth of my maintenence friend).
