Yes. This is how it is... Its very bad and management staff at rental office are crazy guys. They don't know how to talk to people. They don't listen even if you complaint about parkling lots and other stuff. My friend was staying there for 9 months and he wanted to extend the lease suddenly they asked lease break amount has been included apart from 1 month notice period to 1500$. He had no option but to sign lease beacuse he had smalll kid and he was not in position to look for another apartment and do moving. These guys charged deposite money as they said history is not good but his history was excellent. Don't move here, better look for another aprtment.
