I lived there for a short three months and during that time was unable to get something as simple as a ceiling fan fixed.
After I vacated they attempted to charge me $425 to prime and paint the apartment. I lived there for three months while house shopping, I don't smoke and didn't hang a single picture. When I left there there no marks or scuffs on the walls or trim. The apartment was left rent-ready.
Very shady management practices.
