THESE ARE THE APARTMENTS FROM HELL. THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING. IT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING. THE NEIGHBORS UPSTAIRS (ALL 10 OF THEM) WERE LIKE A HERD OF ELEPHANTS. THE MANAGEMENT NEVER DID ANYTHING. THE NOISE WAS HORRENDOUS
