Review for Harbor Cove Apartments

This complex is terrible. The management is rude and parking is a joke. Every action they take is independent of the interests of the tenants. Now they are raising our rent by $247/month at the end of our lease. Beware of moving here.

As for the apartment, it's not even worth half of the price. The city is beautiful, but these apartments should have been bulldozed and rebuilt long ago. Tiny and inefficient floorplans with no storage. Oh...and make sure you check out the dishwasher and "walk-in closets". I don't think these people have ever seen a real walk-in closet.

...also, if you have more than one car...DON'T MOVE HERE! There are few places you're allowed to park your second car and those are often taken up by service workers. ...and don't expect your parking space to be anywhere near your apartment. Couple that with the fact that lights are often off after dark and it can be very unsafe. Speaking of cars and unsafe, our car got broken into and they didn't even care! Oh...and now they've threatened to kick me out because of my potted plants!!! Unbelievable!

Would I recommend this dump to a friend?! I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy. Two thumbs down!!
