Our sink is broken and we've called the apartment management and staff a few times asking them to send in a handyman to fix the problem. They said they would send the handyman to deal with the problem at a scheduled time, but he never showed up. We called them back the next day and they rescheduled the maintenance for us. And guess what happened? No one ever showed up. We keep calling them and they just kept "rescheduling" the maintenance for about a week, and we're just sitting here with a broken sink in the kitchen. Is this worth what I'm paying for? You tell me.
