Apartment Review for Corte Bella Apartments

The management and staff are very nice. The parking situation is horrendous but the apartments themselves are bright and roomy(I had an upper unit). The garages are super narrow (I couldn't fit my SUV in there and I have to squeeze out of my compact sedan). Also the ceilings are not insulated so the place gets dreadfully cold during the winters. The wall unit heaters are worthless and suck up enormous amounts of electricity. If you don't mind cold winters and rising rent prices and if you live alone this is a pretty good place to live. I'd recommend it for singles but not for anyone with more than one car. People are very nice and the place is quiet unless you have a unit facing the freeway. <P>
