Apartment Review for Crystal Springs Apartments

I have to say I have spoiled myself by living at Crystal Springs as my first "moving out of the nest" place. Most of my friends talk about nightmare experiences at their apartment complexes and gross stories of bugs and bad maintenance, but not me. I can't believe I cam across this place. What a great place to call home. My roommate and I are fulltime students and fulltime employees nearby in the OC area. We love it here because we are close to all freeways and also shopping. The park is a cool feature too, but I don't use that as much as I wish I did. They have a gym, I think 2, and they are 24 hours which IS something I use since I can just throw my laundry in and go running in the gym. Laundry is not in the apartment but it is 24 hours so it works for me. I love the gym. Friendly neighbors work out with you and it's a nice way to unwind after a long day at work and school!

The office staff is friendly too and from what it seems has been here a long time and knows their way around town and knows about the apartments. I know my best friend lives at a place where she says the office people are different everytime she pays rent. That doesn't sound nice to me. I like that I can go in the office and chat and be helped as well. They get things in the apartment fixed pretty quickly too. They have some kidn of guarantee but I am not sure what it is because it seems like everything is fixed right away. I forget the maintenance guys names but they are always nice, and easy to talk to. Parking is good too. We each have a car and can each find a spot. I am grateful I dont have to park on the street like most places.

the best thing is there is free internet at the pool now and so I can relax and study in peace and quiet.
