Apartment Reviews for Park Pacific Apartments - Fountain Valley

I lived here for two years and was sad to go. Got married and bought a home. I loved the management team - very personal - and knew my name. They give you a number to contact for security and for towing...which they do if a quest parks in your spot - instantly. I lived near my carport so I could view my car or hear the alarm from my bedroom. The noise level was low - and great laundry facilities - always clean and running. There are barbeques every where and people really used them. I felt safe living a lone as a single women there. The police department was a couple streets down. I loved how the police are there within seconds - a women was attacked outside of my place - but they were their instantly - and they only way I knew that this had happened was because they went door to door to get info. Although I did hear that other cars were broken into - I had no problems in that area. There are tenants there that have been there for many many many years - although I did notice that they were starting to accept section 8 - and that a few places were starting to have 4 or 5 people in it - even if they shouldnt. But this is because each place is owed by someone - and rent is different for each. The negative was that I was at the end corner apartment over looking the car ports - and my bedroom was right over the hidden trash location - a lot of noise from this - and the smell wasnt bad - all the time - because they had someone break it all down and restack it. These apartments are near miles square park - which I would walk - but not alone. <P>

750 square feet one bedrooms. We have lived here four year and our rent is $925 mo. Mile square park is across the street. The have tennis, golf, driving range, YMCA. 3 miles from the beach and the City Hall and Library are right at the end of street. These apartments are the best deal in the city. Come take a look the grounds are kept really nice
