Review for Avalon Fremont Apartments

Don't rent here!! Beware!!!
These people are leaches! When leaving I was told to pay for a professional cleaning of the window blinds??? I had cleaned them with moist towel and they were clean! One of the guys from the maintainance came to check and asked me "Do you have the receipt for professional cleaning? I said NO cuz I cleaned it myself the guy said if you dont have one then get it done and give us the receipt or we will charge you $325.00
Also I have noticed while living there the electric bill was always high? I am still living in a 2b/2b the PGE is like >half!!
The water bill for 2 people living there was $35-$50 can you believe this.
Well I took 'em to court and paid only $65 for carpet cleaning! so if you have time to go to court or deal with rude staff (when leaving) go ahead.
Also when you are moving in the move in sheet has 2 options 1. fair 2.poor so you check either or... but when leaving the checkout sheet has 3 options 1. poor 2. fair 3.professionally clean??
These people are scam artists
They have a huge parking problem!!
