Complex and apartments are beautiful...One thing is our neighbors across balcony from us seem to think that their balcony is storage facility and a closet. They have a bunch of clothes hanging and bunch of empty boxes, above from them seem to think they can hang clothes to dry every day over their balcony...It doesnt look pretty and were not paying almost $1800 a month to live in luxury apt to look at that every day. We have told managment SEVERAL times and nothing has been done..several times. Also everywhere else, rent is going down, other luxurious complexes have gone down alot but yes ESTATES AT PARK PLACE keep raising their rent when you resign lease..We have been there 3 yrs now and they are trying to raise our $1800 rent to $1950 for a yr and if we want to go month to month we would have to pay $2350. WHAT KIND OF B.S. is that? There are so many other nice places equivalent to Estates for WAY WAY less...They are a rip off and there new management and staff this last yr have such horrible attitudes......We have moved out. Oh and by speaking to about 12 other tenants who have moved out, dont worry about cleaning your place SPOTLESS. They rip you off big time and you will not get anything back from your deposit. They will come up with crap reasons to clean this or that when I have seen several friends places after they cleaned up and it was brand spankin new, but they did not get anything back...so dont bother cleaning anything, they will take your deposit anyways and if anything also charge you more for B.S. cleaning that they come up with...
If you want nice place but pay ridiculous price then move here...for 1800 to 2300, you can rent a beautiful house!!!!
