This is an apt building which is in a condo complex. All of the other buildings are owned by condo owners. This one is owned by one person and rents the units. The management is a very nice lady with kids. She is slow to get things fixed. It took two years to get something done, that's because I ended up doing it myself. She doesn't seem to understand emergency either. When water was literally flowing out of pipes onto floor, she, like, returned to cleaning out her car & did nothing until the next day. She fails to inform prospective tenants about the day care center right outside the apt door and it is extremely noisy six hours out of the day. People who live on the second floor have to deal with horrible smells of cooking and smoking from people who live below.
