I have lived in this building for over a year and I would have to say that I would not recomend Sun Pointe Village to anyone. The whole building is just old and poorly kept.
Both the management and maintenance is horrible. They are incompetant and very intrusive. I've had a number of interruptions saying that they need to inspect for this and that and emphasizes on us not being there. Ob course, I didn't trust those people, so I called to make an appointment; a very rude leasing staff took my request, but with much reluctance. Every features in the apartment is breaking down or falling part. My toilet leaks and it's disgusting.
This place does not care about its tenants!!!! Run!
