MAILBOXES ARE ALWAYS GETTING BROKEN INTO. OURS DOESN'T EVEN LOCK. LAUNDRY MACHINE HASN'T WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS! ANTS IN APARTMENTS SINCE WE'VE MOVED IN.DON'T LIVE HERE!
