Worst Complex, paper walls and horrible management ( over a year ago )

I have lived here for 2 years, here is my review:
1) No After hours support: they give you a number to call for after hours service but no one every answers.
2) Walls are paper thin, not only can you hear you neighbor says, if someone walks on the stairs the whole apt shakes.
3) Marsha is the rudest person in the complex. She is inconsiderate and has so much attitude as if she is the president.
4) Add another $80 to the bill for utilities. And if you ever have to deal with their CSR be ready to be answered by one of the most stupid person in the world.
5) The rent is too high, compared to other rentals in the area, you pay a very high premium for the location.
6) We got an apt that was unclean and very dirty, instead of cleaning they just note it down and say leave it as is when you leave.
If possible find another place, avoid this as much as possible.

Cars are vandalized in every month here. My car was vandalized twice and then decided to move out. My roommate's car was vandalized too. Almost all the people knew in this apartement community got their car vandalized. Management is careless. Police never comes. If you call them they would ask you to file the report "online". <P>
On the positive side, it has a nice lap swimming pool. Walking distance from BART (I guess this is one of the main reasons for high-rate of car break-in too). <P>
