Watermark - Very Unsafe.

I moved in 3 years back. At that time it was a premium property. However in the past one year it has become highly unsafe. Break ins, vandalism, etc. is getting very common. No gated secirity. They charge a premium in rent and cannot do anything to ensure the safety and security of tenants. Highly non-Tenant friendly management.
