Apartment Reviews for Woodcreek Apartments - Fremont

We lived at woodcreek in a one bedroom from 2005-2009 and we only left because we wanted a 2 bedroom within our limited price range.

Pros:
The nicest, most respectful, responsible manager. Diana was professional. polite, and generous in all of our interactions with her.

Water: The water gets hot fast and stays hot.

The maintenance:
is better than most complexes. Most tenants have a great relationship with the main guy, Miguel. All calls we made for repairs were answered promptly and they were always efficient and friendly. They were really great when we locked ourselves out of our apartment and car.

The location:
Its at the end of a cul-de-sac and so its not exposed to the traffic that many fremont complexes are. Its kind of hidden away but close to conveniences. (24-hr safeway, fitness 19 gym, 7-11, restaurants and banks are all close by. 10 minutes to hwy 880 less to hwy 680

Safety:
I always felt safe here even at night as a woman. It is very quiet and peaceful. Ive heard of the occasional car break in like most places but only recently and only when valuables were left in sight.

Grounds:
The grounds, pool, and laundry room are all kept nice by residents and management.

Considerations:
Our one bedroom had 5 rooms total with only 3 windows (all on the same side of the building and so it meant little to no cross-breeze. Other units may have been better but the direction we faced meant not much sunlight made its way in.

Consideration:
No pets

Good luck looking- we wish we didnt have to leave woodcreek we loved living here.
