Review for Ashbrook East Apartments

nothing was done to the place when I moved in. Very old carpet. Walls are not painted. Nails are still in the walls from prior tenant. Bathtub is dirty. However there are some pros. Spacious room and really nice neighbors. Another con is no security. Vehicles have been stolen. two in two months. The managment never fixes anything.
