The first couple of years I lived here weren't bad. Recently, it's gotten much worse. I moved here because it is conveniently located a few blocks north of Fresno State. Originally, I did have a bothersome neighbor living next to me who would play his music while I was trying to study. He eventually moved out. During the first year or two, I had my car broken into, and so did a few other neighbors. They've since put in a new gate, however, I don't believe this is working, because another neighbor recently had his car broken into. The insect/rodent problem is a mess. They have these terrible pine trees living next to us that harbor the critters. In fact, my girlfriend was leaving for work the other day and ran into a possum living in one. Allergies? Forget about it. The dust and pollen are so thick you'd think you were living in the desert. And how do they solve it? Dust blowers every freakin' Tuesday morning while I'm trying to sleep (I work nights). Maintenance guys are good and quick. The managers are absolutely terrible. They seem to have a superiority complex and everytime I speak to one (especially the old lady) I feel as though she's thumbing her nose at me with that "holier-than-thou" type attitude; just plain rude and blatantly obvious. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone. Can't wait for my house to be completed!
