As a college student I feel I was taken advantage of and screwed out of hundreds of dollars. This is the most god awful place to live out of the entire student housing. The management is terrible and they will lie to you about everything, then they will go behind your back and charge you $60 in unknown fees. They lied about the security (which is nonexistent), which they said they had. My neighbors have had their car tires slashed; my own apartment was broken into because of the cheap fixtures. THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE! It is awful! There is nothing posted about the parking policy and there are at least 2 cars a night towed. Jefferson Common actually pays a towing truck to come at least twice a day to check passed and yet they refuse to pay for security. I cant wait until Feb when I can change my lease to a 6 month (which they forget to offer) and get away as fast as possible. I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from Jefferson Commons. They will rip you off and you'll probably get your car towed or broken into on top of it.
