Bed Bugs ( over a year ago )

Reviewed by: Anonymous
This place looks great on the outside, but please do not be deceived. My building, and possibly the entire property, are INFESTED with bed bugs! Disgusting! Homeless people camp out in the "lounge" area near the pool. They also use the showers in the fitness room! The bedbugs leave small red bumps on you and they get in your clothes and furniture. The mgt is doing nothing about it. I HAVE TO REPLACE ALL OF MY FURNITURE AND CLOTHING! Cars get broken into every night and they do not seem to mind. I work late and come home late at night, I do not feel safe!!!! The place is infested with crime because the lazy mgr does nothing to combat it! The appliances are old, defective, out of code, and dangerous. The Property Manager is a disgusting, unprofessional, liar. By far the worst place I have EVER lived! A true slum with a slum lord running it!

I've lived here for 4 years now and I love it. The property is real clean, the office staff is nice, the maintenance is wonderful. I havent had any problems. I'm shocked by some of the other reviews. I can only speak for myself and say that its been nice and I look foward to staying another year.

The parking situation is horrible since overnight street parking is not allowed in fullerton (2-5 AM). There is not nearly enough parking for residents with more than one car, more or less enough for guests. The complex looks very nice, and the landscaping is very well maintained. There is 24 hour security/patrol services, and the management has been friendly to me. I think they are upgrading some units, but my unit had the typical plastic/vinyl/molded type bathtub/shower and sink, linoleum flooring in the kitchen and bath, and a wall A/C unit in the living room. In the summer the bedroom can get unbearably hot, and i resorted to sleeping in the living room some nights. I had an upstairs unit, and felt as though every step I made was creating a thud on the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. Just a normal walk across the living room made the window rattle. My neighbors were quiet, but if they had been loud I most likely would have heard them through the walls. The rent is a little steep (1075 in 2005, 1100 in 2006 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath) considering the large number of other complexes in the area with lower prices and comparable unit quality. I would recommend looking around before renting here, I bet you could find something either lower in price or better in quality.

Tribeca is one of the best apartments in Fullerton. They were remodeled right before I moved in almost 3 years ago. I love living here. I have never had any problems with management or neighbors. The complex is neat, clean, and well maintained. The pool and fitness facilities are always calm, and clean.

Management at Tribeca is always more than willing to help with any problems or issues you have. Everyone here, including the residents are nice, friendly, and quiet for the most part. I love living here and plan on staying for a while.

There are nice apartments. The rent goes up every year like more 100dlls..The management is good. and the maintenance guys work hard. The only problem is the bed window (you can hear everything like if the cars or people were inside your bedroom) VERY LOUD!!! Other than that is very nice..

I've been here for 1yr...about to renew my contract for another year, rent went up slightly but not as drastic as to make someone move out. The only reason I plan on staying is that I have read the reviews for the "cheaper" apts in the area and they sound 10x worse than this. Sure this place has ONE assigned parking spot, but for the most part is quiet. Lot of old folks live here so if you like the party life, this probably ain't the best place. Like I said before, rent is a little steep, but that's what it costs to have a nice place to live. They fix apt. issues rather quickly. Ok. nuff said.

These apartments are great. The grounds are beautifully kept and everyone is very courtious. I couldn't once hear Yorba Linda Blvd!
My only reservation is that they are expensive, but honestly it's worth the extra money. Parking is annoying...our spot was WAY far, and there's NOWHERE for guests to park if you have more than one person coming over...
BUT other than that, we loved it!

Pretty nice place. Very quiet, even for being close to the college. Management is friendly for the most part. Rent is reasonable by comparison. I wish they had better air conditioning units installed, but you can't have everything, I guess.
As for the previous review, tough luck. No one owes you anything just because you fell on bad times. It's probably best that you move out so the complex can rent your space out for a higher rate.
