Apartment Review for Park View Apartments

We get a new manager at these apartments once or twice a year for the past few years!
None of the ongoing problems has ever been fixed.
There are so many problems with this place I dont know where to begin.
1)We are located 50 feet from an auto body paint shop that smells so bad you want to barf and probably cancerous.
2)People parking in the disabled parking spots every day.
3)Noise during quiet hours every day and night
4)Gang Area/Cops here all the time.
5)People living with people that are not on the lease.
6)Tons of kids unsupervised.
7)Parking permits not enforced.
8)No security
And the list will keep going and going and going and going and going and going and going
