Apartment Reviews for Bellagio Villas - Glendora

The complex is older, but maintenance issues are usually handled same day, if not the next day. The onsite manager, Orlando, is great! He is friendly, helpful and understanding. I just found out yesterday he is leaving. The complex is very clean and well kept. I can count on my hand the number of times I've seen ants in the apartment, other than that, no insect or rodent problems. I have a 3-bdrm and with my two small children, it doesn't seem like there is a lot of space. Pros: 3bdrm + 2.5 bthrms, vertical blinds, sliding doors in bedrooms & dining room, chandelier lighting, small(er) complex, great school district, close to everything (stores, shopping, bus, bank, car wash, fwy, etc.), pool, recreational room available, 1-car garages available (attached in some units), small laundry room on site, hookups (in units with attached garages), covered patios, balconies, attached storage room (in some, not all), pretty typically priced for area, quiet, great neighbors. Cons: parking (no visitor or overnight parking), no play area for kids (so again, very quiet), no gym, no leasing (although I've been there nearly a year & rent has not increased once...knock on wood). I really enjoy living here and don't plan on moving any time soon.
