Apartment Reviews for Kingsbury Villa - Granada Hills

I love this place. I have been at Kingsbury Villas now for almost 3 years, and it would break my heart to even think of moving!!! The property is beautiful!!! My apartment has crown and base, granite counter-tops, built-in microwave! Everything is kept so clean!! The manager and maintenance are friendly and responsive, everything is always taken care of so quickly. I love being able to do my laundry late at night as well in the 24 hour laundry room. I feel very safe here. I recommend anyone to check it out. It may be a bit higher priced then the building across the way, but you get what you pay for!!
