I've lived in several apartments over the years and never been in one like this. It's like being in high school! I understand that rules are necessary for keeping the complex in good condition, however, there are 5 pages of rules in addition to what is spelled out in the lease. Some of them are quite arbitrary and I've argued them with management but I have better things to do than to deal with their constant barrage of 'this or that' is not allowed. Renter beware on this one because the manager was nice as pie when showing the unit but after signing the lease everything changed. I would recommend this complex to anyone that needs structure in their life (ie. another mother). Oh, and there is NO visitor parking AND you have to PAY for a second spot!

I have also lived here a very long time and do not find it difficult at all to follow the rules. There aren't that many, and the rules that do exist are the same as many other complexes.
The reason you don't find it hard to follow the rules, because no one gives you a ticket, YOU ARE THE TICKET GIVER...You break the rules just like everyone else..People can not even unload their car without getting a ticket.......

well she doesnt give u tickets anymore now she fines u 100.00 for anything!!! I agree with this person
