I would never rent here again or recommend someone to live here. Not enough parking. Manager is never available and office is rarely open. you have to pay $75 if you get locked out. management lackes people and communication skills. Over ran with too many rules, regulations and fines. unprofessional manager when dealing with problems. Save yourself the headache and go to a better complex than this one. <P>

I was locked out the other day and it is $20, same as many other complexes. Get your facts straight.
Forget the lock out fee. Try to deal with MOLD and the management company and owner. Anyone who has a mold problem report it to the health department, code enforcement, etc. Most attorneys will take on mold cases at no cost. If you have mold your furniture and clothing could have to be thrown away. An attorney will get you thousands for the cost to replace your MOLD contaminated items
