Manager pockets the rent money on many apartments!

When I moved in I was told that if I paid cash I would get a 25% discount on my monthly rate. This worked out great for me for over a year. Then I got a new job and had to move. When potential new apartment owners would call KAREN POHAN for a referral she told them I had never lived there. KAREN promptly gave me a 1 week notice to leave and kept my $2000 deposit. Her kids now live in my old apartment.

karen T. the manager is a horrible person amd manager... sheseemsniceat first butwow,, she will show her true colors the longer u live there... dont move in to these apartments! willow glen in hercules, ca is a horribl eplace to live
