I hate it there as well. she is very unfair. has so many rules for everyone. we cannot have dogs,birds, fish. from what i undestand only cats but u have to pay an arm and a leg to have it. and if she sees the cat outside we have to get rid of it. but she has practiclly a zoo in her house, a few dogs, cats birds and who know what else. and her family and friends in th complex. have dogs too.not fair...we can not even havedogs visit. if u accidentally park in a wrong spot she charges u 100 dollars no ifs or buts, if u stand out side in the parking lot we can get evicted, no one can go with you to the laundry room cause we can get introuble by her. kids cannot play outside.. we can not make noise , it is crazy.. like living in boot camp with a warden..... the pool is open like 2 months out of the year.andthere r so many rules for the people that are not friends of hers or family. one time we were in the pool and one of the guest had on a tshirt. she made that person get out and told the the tenant they couldnt goback tothe pool for a week and ifit haappened again they would be banned from the pool. but then one time we were in the pool and there were lady and 2 girls there whom seemed to beher friend causethey were talkin and laughing and one of her girls had a tshirt pluscut off shorts.... that was wrong... alot of favoritism... geese if i went on i would never stop writing..I totally regret movin in towillow glen apt, in hercules....karen should be replaced asap!!!!there has petitions to do just tht.

I have been Living here for about a month now and have had no problems so far. The manager Karen has been nothing but nice to me. I have had no issues with the paprtment at all. If you go to this complex and get a rental agreement you will se that there are allot of rules. nothing is to outragous, one downside is there is no guest parking except on the street. this is kinda sucky but there is always allot of street parking and i have never had a problem. the unit is clean for the most part and if you open the windows a crack for a little while there will be no mold. I hope i stay satisfied with this place. The reviews are makeing me think twice! haha

I know first hand how everyone is treated , ive lived at willow glen for over 15 years. For whoever wrote this, whoever is soo irrated by one women who is just doing her job, is beyond me. I do know however that the person that wrote this , did not live here legally and thats why people usually have a hard time here. Because they try to avoid the credit check by sneaking in at night. I thank KAREN THRASHER everyday for keeping it as safe and as quiet and she does, AND I am glad that she prevents people like this man from living at WILLOW GLEN APARTMENTS

This is a great place to live, no doubt about it. Staff was professional, maintenance issues were fixed immediately, and the entire complex was always very clean. The manager enforced the rules which made the property always run smoothly. Unlike many of these other malicious, childish, completely over-exaggerated comments, Karen was only doing her job, which unfortunately many people do not understand everything that encompasses. Anyone writing negative comments about this complex were most likely people that were breaking the rules, no matter how much they may try to deny it.

It seems that there have been a few dissatisfied customers over the years, and for that, I apologize. My objective for this apartment complex is to provide an enjoyable and quiet neighborhood for the residents. As the agent for the property, I do enforce the rules and regulations as set forth by the property management.
Maintenance reports are submitted by the residents in writing and are addressed on a weekly basis. Repairs are always made in an expedited and professional manner.
All payments must be made with personal check, money order or cashier's check payable to the apartment complex. It has never been a possibility for me to "pocket" money.
Parking on the property is restricted to residents only. Residents are assigned parking spaces. There is a $100 parking charge that is enforced subsequent to a written warning for violations. Your assigned parking is practically guaranteed due to this deterrent.
I hope, that if you are interested in residing here, that you will overlook these hurtful, cruel comments that have been made by the less than 1% dissatisfied customers and keep in mind that more than 99% of our clientel were more than satified with living in our community.

There's so much I can say about this place but I just want to be brief: do not rent here. The manager (Karen Thrasher) is definitely a mentally sick woman who will make your life miserable. I felt like I was in a NAZI environment. Every statement in other people's reviews below are true. Please Please I beg you. Do not rent here.
