Rented: From 2005 To 2004

I guess they cleaned it up. It's now well-lit and I have had no problems reaching staff after hours (they have an answering service, so you can talk to a live person, not a machine). They were changing the flooring in my apartment before I moved in and they gave me the choice of hardwood floors or carpet. My yard is half concrete and half dirt. Snails and spiders are under control.
