Californian Apartments Review

Rented: From 2001 To 2006

Results from managment office are based on the emotional state of the manager that day. Managment could care less if you are happy after you rent the apartment and will do absolutely nothing until police involvment is promised. The pool situation is an absolute nightmare. Mangement will allow multiple parties to be scheduled dailly without regard to the quiet enjoyment of the tenants poolside, why not, they live off premesis and don't have to listen to this. Complain, you are told "too bad". Nighttime at the pool is 10 to 20 children screeeeeeeeaming at the top of their lungs constantly until either 11:00 and the pool is shut down or until the neighbors around the pool can outscream them and threaten police involvment. Rent increases however are regular, like clockwork, and are the absolute maximum,about $100.00 average per year, sometimes more.
