We have been here for almost three months. It has been absolute hell. The day we moved in, it was so filty (after their cleaning crew cleaned it) that I had to spend a few hours recleaning. It is smelly, hot, uncomfortable, bug infested, needs remodeled, and I hope you don't want any sleep, the noise is unbearable. The grounds are not well kept, they powerwash nothing, it smells of dog feces and the parking situation is worse. Good luck bringing in groceries and beware, if you park once crooked in your tiny spot, you might get a nasty note on your windshield by your neighbors! The management is less than helpful, apathetic, and as long as they get their rent from you, could care less while sitting in their nice air conditioned office while you are sweltering in filth. Don't move here, WE HATE IT!
