Rented: From 2002 To 2006

I have lived in Casa Del Sol for 4 years and my husband 6 years. And I have seen a lot of changes good and bad. We are one of the fortunate ones to have a large 2b 2ba w/ back yard and side yard. We take a lot of pride in our home and it is upsetting to those that don't. My husband and I have really taken time to get to know our neighbors and it has helped immensely. Tenants that don't obey by the rules will get caught and evicted. Many tenants come in this community thinking that it is a party complex, that is not true. Most tenants that live here have two incomes and value their sleep.

The Maintence guys have changed in the past few months and are very willing to help fix anything that needs fixing. I do agree that this place needs a facelift, but for the price and the proximity to the beach...you can't beat it.

Parking is getting better, but it is getting worked on. Since the gate has been in, it keeps out a few more people.

Overall, I do enjoy living here and it is a nice place to live.
