WAY TOO MANY ISSUES TO LIST IN 1 PARAGRAPH. HERE IS A SHORT SUMMARY.

APARTMENTS ARE 30+ YEARS OLD, AND FILLED WITH ASBESTOS. IN ADDITION THINGS ARE VERY RUN DOWN, LEAKY ROOF ON MORE THEN 1 OCCASION, OLD APPLIANCES(DW, MICROWAVE), VERY DIRTY ON THE INSIDE. PARKING IS NEVER AVAILABLE AFTER 7PM, LANDLORDS AND MAINTANENCE PERSONEL ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AFTER 4PM, AND DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR PAGERS. LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE A COMPLETE MESS, ETC.
