Apartment Review for Huntington Pointe

I LOVE this place! It's a low-income housing so most of the tenants are either senior citizens or individuals with special needs and no it is SILENT. No raging parties, no noisy kids- just peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are great! They recently put in all new washers & dryers and there are a ton of them so there is never a wait. The pool and spa are beautiful- and there are plenty of lounge chairs available. My apartment, of which I've been living for a year and a half is gorgeous- I haven't had any maint issues- no bugs- no problems. I have a giant window in my living room which allows me to watch the sunset every evening. The only issue is the noise since my unit is directly on the corner of Florida & Garfield so I hear all the traffic and sirens and the noisy cross walk beeps but it's really worth it to be in such a safe area. Parking is great, one Carport, a guest parking area and plenty of street parking. As far as Terri, the property manager, she's the kindest, sweetest woman I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Yes, she's a hard ***- so if you're trying to do something shady, she's probably not going to be too nice to you, but if you're a good tenant, she has the upmost respect for you. She keeps the place incredibly safe, possibly because of her 'intimidating' external facade. Trust me- you want a beautiful, safe, comfortable home- you want Huntington Pointe!
