please re-consider visiting this place. This place is the worst. Please read what people have posted here. The information is still current nothing has changed.

cons -

parking is bad
very insecured place to live
parties every night
very dirty place - cockraches
robbery and theft - call the huntington beach police to find out. CALL and YOU WILL BELIEVE what i'm saying.
Property mgmt does not care about current tenants. Autumn only treats prospective tenants very corteous.
