Rented: From 2002 To 2004

I have never seen a more disorganized bunch than that of the management company here at regency palms. this building is old and poorly designed. The staff is also not on the same page, depending on who you talk with the answer will always be different. The rumor was a new regional manager came into town and shook up everything. All the familiar faces are gone. This place keeps going higher in rent, but where is the value???My suggestion, Dont come here. Tenants are loud, grounds are dirty, everything is breaking.
